On Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 21:53:10 UTC, a catastrophic earthquake struck our Island neighbors in Haiti. This is the worst earthquake to hit this area in recent history and the devastation to the Haitian community is immeasurable.

Nearshore Call Center Services immediately responded by collecting and donating medicine, food, water and clothing for the victims. Despite our efforts, more needs to be done and we will continue to do so and ask for your help. Know that your donation, small or large, will help disaster victims rebuild their lives and their communities.

We delivered a number of items to the Port-au-Prince area this past Saturday and we will continue to deliver contributions directly to affected communities with another trip planned for tomorrow and another one this coming Saturday.

Please donate energy foods, canned food, small bottles of water, juices, general medicines and toys for children.
If you are a trained doctor or nurse, come with us; many victims have simple wounds that are getting infected from exposure that may just require simple treatment. If you'd like to help in other ways, we also need volunteers to help ration donations into individual bags for ease of distribution when we arrive in Port-au-Prince.

Please deliver donations to Av. San Martin esq. Summer Wells #85, Ens. Villa Juana, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic or email us at info@nearshore.cc or by dialing (646) 884-7024 for further information..
